Neil has worked in the recruitment industry for over fifteen years. He is currently employed by a consultancy that helps high-growth tech companies such as Spotify, TikTok and Snapchat to attract the best technical talent on the market.

Neil's presentation will explain how much the recruitment industry has changed over the last five years.  A career in "Talent Acquisition" is now a viable and extremely exciting choice that can give you an insight into the things that make a company successful, such as branding, diversity, inclusion and human resources to name a few.

Being a Talent Professional for a company provides a chance to influence decision making and make a difference in hiring decisions and strategies, to ensure that candidates who apply to your vacancies receive the best experience possible.
