Collection of Certificates for Summer 2023
Exam certificates from the academic year 2022/2023 are now ready for collection from school.
As certificates are important documents, and expensive to replace if lost, we do not send them out in the post. We therefore ask that they are collected from the school on Wednesday 13th December 2023.
Please prioritise this collection date, as certificates which are not collected, are not kept by the school indefinitely.
Collection will be available as follows:
Surname A-M - 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Surname O-Z - 5:00pm – 6:00pm
If you are not able to collect the certificates personally, you may authorise a family member (including a sibling who is at Oaks Park High) or trusted friend to collect on your behalf using the letter we have posted to you (by first class post on 1st December).
It is important that certificates are kept in an undamaged condition in a safe place, as these are likely to be required at different times in the future when applying for education, training and employment.
Art and Design students only (Fine Art, Textile Design and 3D Design) Practical work portfolios will be available to collect on this date.
Please note that you will need to confirm this by completing the google form here
Photography/Fine Art/Textiles/3D Design Work Collection Form
Work will not be available to collect if you have not confirmed this with the Art Department. Please note that work will not be available for collection after this date and will be disposed of.
Please be advised that in accordance to JCQ Exam Guidance, certificates cannot be kept un-claimed for more than 1 year. Any certificates not collected before November 2024 will be destroyed.
