Collection from 3:30pm till 5:00pm

If you (the student) are not able to collect the certificates personally, you may authorise a family member (including a sibling who is at Oaks Park High) or trusted friend to collect on your behalf. This person must bring this letter with them signed by you given permission. There is a copy of the letter on the website here.

If you are unable to collect certificates on collection day, you can do this during, term time, in school hours. If collecting on behalf of a student a written letter authorising collection must be brought in.

Please note certificates cannot be kept un-claimed for more than 1 year. Any certificates not collected before December 2026 will be destroyed.
