We recently sent an email to all parents containing a letter from the NHS Sutton Immunisation Team regarding consent for the 2024 nasal flu vaccination.

Please note, the deadline for consent is Wednesday 20th November 2024, the Immunisation team ask that parents fill in the form to register consent and non-consent. Replies go directly to the NHS, not the school.
