It was exciting to see Oaks Park High launch its inaugural Computing Day for our KS3 students – held over two days between February 8^th and 9^th. Students participated in a day of workshops which included building and coding a robot to navigate a course and programming to animate a character. They also attended an e-safety presentation.  

It was great to see all students really enthused with the sessions and enjoying their learning. Well done to Year 7 students who demonstrated they are avid and diligent computing engineers! We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work our students produced and couldn’t be any prouder of them. Following the success of this initiative, we will deliver further workshops this academic year.
