Staff Well-being and Attendance Officer

CAN Pay Scale 31 – 34 (Full Time Equivalent Salary £36,403 to £39,459; Actual Pro Rata Salary £30,506 to £33,067)

36 hours per week, 190 working days (term time plus 2 staff training days at the start of the academic year)

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with staff at all levels within the Trust in order to support staff in their work.  The overall purposes of this role is to support high levels of attendance at work and signpost staff to support strategies where this will help staff well-being.  You do not need to have any specific HR training.  It is more important that you have good interpersonal skills, can follow the systems and processes in place, and that you are proactive in your work.  This post will work across two schools based in Cheam and Carshalton and is suitable for one person working 36 hours a week or two people each working 20 hours.

 

The Trust is based in the London Borough of Sutton, and works across two local schools providing secondary education for 3500 students.
