Thank you to the many parents, students, staff and members of the local community who joined us at the Friends' Winter Festival at the end of last month. It was a wonderfully festive occasion, featuring an array of stalls selling Christmas gifts, stocking fillers and crafts. Visitors were treated to carols from our talented singers and band while the Friends' Christmas Cafe sold festive goodies including home-made mince pies, mulled wine and hot chocolate. The final amount raised is still being tallied, but is expected to be around £1,000 which will go back to the school for 'extras' for our students. Thanks again to everyone for their support and a huge thanks to the wonderful 'Friends' for their hard work and dedication.
