Our chess tournament was a great success! 

64 students from all year groups took part during the day which culminated in a final which was played under the canopy with the giant chess set.

Congratulations to the winners:

1^st place: Thuhiran R from 7TO

2^nd place: George S from 8AS

3^rd place: Suleiman T from 8BS

The winners were given trophies, certificates and prizes during  tutor time and all participants were given certificates of achievement.

Competition was fierce and It was lovely to see such enthusiasm for the event from students and staff.
